Jin Kisaragi is in fact Ranga’s younger brother. Due to some incident in childhood Kisaragi turns against his brother. As an adult he takes up a high post in the NOL military.
He owns the Nox Nyctores “Mucro Algesco: Yukianesa”, a sword that grants him manipulation over ice and enhances primal feelings. But it is also blamed for his “insanity”.
